Next...Dale's Niece Shane graduated from High School in May, 2008 - we weren't able to make it to Colorado for the festivities, but Shonna was kind enough to send us photos!! Congrats Shane, we are so proud of you!!!

And last but not least...Benjamin Keith Jensen, or little baby boy..sniff...turned 1 on Tuesday, May 27th!! We celebrated with all of our family and had a shared Birthday with Auntie Louise at the Wilhelm's House - we had such a wonderful time!!! What a week!!!

I should start this out by saying we had a wonderful time in Prescott seeing "Finding Nemo on Ice" with Doo! We went for a long walk in mom's neighborhood, saw cows, a goat and Toph got to ride a horse! Now...as for the rest of the week....
On Saturday morning, Roscoe and Pip decided that they needed to chase after a coyotes that wasn't even in mom's yard. While they accomplished scaring the coyotes away, somehow Roscoe managed to tear his miniscus and cruciate ligament in his knee, thus leading to surgery and the following " very pathetic" pictures of Roscoe that we took last night:

Roscoe is supposed to stay inactive for 6 to 8 weeks..hmmm...try telling him that! We feel so bad for our little baby and hopefully he will be feeling better soon - with all the drugs he is on, he should be feeling pretty good!
As for the rest of the family..Benny tubes are doing what they are supposed to and started draining a few days this week - so we are using drops in his ear to keep them clear - he is teething all the time and will hopefully get some teeth soon. Ben is quite a good eater and will eat almost anything you put in front of him! He loves to crawl away and have you chase him while getting a new diaper - just LOVES this new game!!

Toph is doing very well in Preschool and is taking computer classes and karate at school - he is also playing soccer again this spring! Toph will be starting speech therapy classes next week. The school district has determined that he is 100% almost all of his other skills, but has trouble annunciating, so he will be going to the "big kids school" for 30 mins on Monday and Friday to take his speech therapy classes - he is VERY excited and we think it will be really good for him!

Maddie is doing great at Triple R Childcare and the ladies there all ADORE her! She is their only girl right now and is there little princess! She is changing daily and has the most beautiful blue eyes!!! Maddie will Baptised at the end of April and I am proud to say that not only am I her autie, but I will also be her godmother!!!

We hope that everyone stays healthy and happy and has a wonderful spring!

Wow...it's almost Easter!!!!

Can't believe how time flies! Sorry we haven't posted in awhile, busy busy!!

Things are great, the boys are doing really well at school! Chris had his second speech evaluation and he does have tongue thrust, so we are waiting to hear from the Kyrene School District about possible classes for him. Chris is doing so well in school, he loves to cut, color, do karate and work on the computer!!!

Ben is growing sooo fast and is pulling himself up on things and walking around tables - he sooo wants to walk!! He is beginning to HATE baby food and would rather take a big bite of someone's burger, he should be there soon as he has his first bottom tooth and another one coming in right next to it. He is still a cuddler and he loves talking to his buddies in his crib.

Maddie is gettting to be such a big girl!! She LOVES to talk to anyone who will keep up their side of the conversation - she especially loves talking to her bouncy friends! She is holding up her head very well, is sleeping much better and seems to LOVE the ladies at daycare. The best part is that Auntie Ellen get's to see her EVERY DAY!!!!

We are all doing so very well and are looking forward to Easter and the coming summer days (except for the heat)!!! We hope everyone is healthy and happy! We will be posting new photos along with the blog soon - but we always add new photos to the slideshow on picasaweb.com - just click on the slideshow to the right and you can view all of our old and new photos! : )

New Maddie Pictures

Isn't she soo cute!! Maddie will be 2 months old on the 25th...my how time passes so quickly!! Lisa's dad and mom "Bob and Cheryl" came for a visit last weekend and had so much fun visiting with their new grandbaby! Here are just a few pictures from their visit!

Benny's Tubes

Hi everyone,

Benny had his tubes put in yesterday, and he did so well!! The whole procedure only took about 10 mins, he was a little crabby from the anesthesia, but once we got him a bottle and a nap at home, he was as happy as a clam.

The funniest part was that he was "talking" up a storm yesterday afternoon - the doctor said he might as his ears were full of thick fluid and he probably couldn't hear himself very well.

Everyone at Banner Childrens Surgery Center were wonderful and here's hoping that Ben doesn't have another ear infection again for a very long time!!! Below is a picture from the pre-surgery waiting room and I will be posting a post surgery picture this afternoon!
